Wow!  What a quick deal!!  Kim and Scott jumped when they need to and got it done.  There were two back-up offers and the guys really had to be sure they stayed within the contract.  If they didn't, they might have missed out on their fabulous new ocean view condo at a bargain price.

My father was the leading realtor in my hometown and a man of unquestioned integrity so I have high standards for real estate professionals.  Kip Reynolds met or exceeded all of those expectations.   Although much has changed since my father’s day, most notably listings on the internet, there are limitations of that technology as Kip patiently proved to me.  Many places look completely different in person, and, as Kip repeatedly told me, it takes actually experiencing places to get one’s priorities properly ordered.  We spent days together weeding down the choices awaiting the arrival of my husband, and breaking one of Kip’s cardinal rules of never taking half of a couple, but it all worked out in the end.   When Kip found us the perfect place, which was not one I had picked on the internet (and my husband told me I could have put in a bid without him seeing it – sure!), Kip was invaluable in getting our bid accepted and in easing us through the entire closing process.  Kip is an unfailingly polite and cheerful person and we look forward to having him to our first dinner party in our beautiful new home.
